Room for rent in Wellington Beer enthusiasts haven

Ever dreamed of living in a pub? I have a room for rent in a beer lovers dream home. I run an English style homebrewery with attached home bar south of Brooklyn Wellington. My ales are served hand pulled in the 'lounge' , there are drinks every Thursday, with the odd tasting session at other times in the week. The house is situated 4 minutes drive from Willis St, a 24 minute walk and yet is surrounded in native bush with neighbours on only one side.

The house has off-street parking, plenty of sun, a sun deck, back lawn and of course a bar. The room is large, sunny, and has a private balcony. Rent is $140 a week, plus some expenses.
