Beering up under the strain

One of two brewers at the Washdyke plant, it is hard not be caught up in her enthusiasm as Beth lives and breathes her job.

So with the supermarket shelves filling up with a wider variety and style of beer, Beth's expert opinion was sought.

To also get a layman's view of the DB products, six members of a local beer club also tagged along – to rank seven beers in a blind test.
