It's a hard road naming a new beer, mate, but someone's got to do it.

That's probably why award-winning Invercargill brewer Steve Nally is appealing to "the locals" to come up with the right name for his newest brew.

After the recent national beer awards, he decided his bitter hops variety IBS (Invercargill Breweries Special) was tired in its flavour and branding.
